Shipping Policy – Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements Shop

Order Fulfillment Services

At Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements Shop, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Importing orders from our online store, packaging, and leaving a package ready for carrier pickup. Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements Shop has a maximum lead time of 2 business days to achieve the above.

⏱️ Fulfillment + Transit Times

Every order goes through a two-part process:

  1. Fulfillment Time:
    • All orders are processed, packed, and made ready for carrier pickup within 2 business days from the time your order is received.
    • For example:
      • If you order on Monday, your order will be ready by Wednesday.
      • If you order on Friday, your order will be ready by Tuesday.

⚠️ Under rare or exceptional circumstances — including high order volume, staff shortages, or tech issues — fulfillment time may be extended with or without prior notice.

  1. Transit Time (Shipping Time):
    We rely on trusted carriers to deliver your package after it leaves our facility. Estimated delivery times are:

Fulfillment Center Hours

Our fulfillment operations take place at:

1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 USA

  • We fulfill orders Monday–Friday, 8am–2pm EST
  • No processing occurs on U.S. federal holidays, including:
    • New Year’s Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

🕑 Cutoff Time for Fulfillment: Orders placed before 2pm EST (under 20 units) will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after that time may begin processing the following business day. Delivery done by the carriers to your customer’s addresses occurs Monday-Saturday via USPS, UPS, Global Post, and UPS Worldwide.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship both domestically across the USA and internationally.

International Orders:

As the buyer, it’s your responsibility to check, confirm and get updates on the current import rules, taxes, guidelines, policies, and/or duties that your country or the countries that you would before placing an order.

Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements are not financially responsible or liable for any past, current or new policies, taxes and/or duties that countries may apply for international orders.

Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements and Funk Roberts Fitness is not responsible for any customs delays, import fees, or restrictions your country may impose.

DHL Customers (International):
Orders shipped via DHL must include your email and phone number to ensure proper delivery updates and notifications.

Shipping Carriers We Use

Depending on your location and selection at checkout, we use the following shipping carriers:

  • Domestic (USA): USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground
  • International: GlobalPost or UPS Worldwide

The shipping method may be auto-selected based on the best available rate and time at checkout.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is processed:

  1. A shipping label will be created and printed.
  2. You’ll receive an automated email with tracking info at the email address you used at checkout.
  3. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment via the carrier’s website.

🚨 Please note:

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, not Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements.
  • Orders with large items or multiple units may be split into multiple packages.
  • If your order cannot fit into a standard 20x12x12 box, it may ship in separate parcels.
  • We will do all that we can to send all purchased items in the same package, limiting the number of tracking numbers associated with any given order.
  • When shipping internationally, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements has no control and absorbs no logistical or financial responsibility in such situations. Over 40 Alpha Coffee & Supplements takes no responsibility for the taxes and/or fees due at import. This is your responsibility as the buyer of goods.

Customs & International Shipping Delays

Customs may delay international shipments up to 6 weeks. While rare, this is out of our control.
We do not absorb taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs. These are your responsibility as the buyer.
