Over 40 Alpha Coffee Shop Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: August 2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how our Refund & Return Policy works:

1. Supplements (Fulfilled by Rocktomic)

  • We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on supplements.
  • If you are unsatisfied, please email support@over40alphacoffeeshop.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective/damaged.
  • Refunds exclude shipping charges.

2. Coffee (Fulfilled by Printify)

  • Coffee is considered a perishable product and cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
  • If your coffee arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

3. Merchandise & Gear (Fulfilled by Printful)

  • Print-on-demand products (T-shirts, hats, gear) are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Process

  • Email support@over40alphacoffeeshop.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.
  • Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping address (varies depending on Rocktomic, Printful, or Printify).
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the product is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

Because most of our products are print-on-demand or consumables, we do not offer exchanges. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank or credit card company.
